      2002-2010Owner and Director Duties: The company purchased Mama’s Kitchen Restaurant, Take Away and Delivery business. This is a well established take-away shop serving local and international cuisine for over 20 years.Renovation after the purchase also required the rental of 2 neighbouring shops to expand the business. Creation of the dining area increased sales by 30%. After a successful second year, another restaurant was opened in the city centre due to its unique concept and a central kitchen facility was acquired to cater and deliver to both points of sale. A Franchise Agreement was developed and implemented by the company with the opening of a third restaurant (Latsia area). Through the years this has proved to be a successful operation and its recent estimated value is attractively high to make the decision and sell this business to another company. Show less
