      I worked in Northampton, my role was to answer calls and attempt a quick fix, to log and close or escalate the call to the correct tier. I gained many skills in troubleshooting and learnt how to think out of the box when fixing problems. I gained invaluable experience in Active Directory, Workstation Applications, Networks and Connectivity, Outlook and Microsoft Exchange, Windows Operating Systems and Printing Issues.

Gained invaluable experience from setting up and administering nested groups using Microsoft best practices.* Improved my understanding of Windows Server Network Infrastructure.
