  - Supported the transition of warehousing operations to a 3rd party logistics solution. Resulted in annual labor savings of $750,000 & increased revenue of $7.9 million for the company.- Developed & implemented layout changes to improve material flow, create more production space, & minimize operator travel.- Facilitated kaizen blitzes within the materials department resulting in: o Improved inventory control o Improved transaction speeds- Lead a DMAIC project to standardize “floor stock” material replenishment, including establishing standards around reorder points, reorder quantities, label design, & material handler work instructions. Parts that were transitioned experienced over a 50% reduction in the number of required transactions & labor touch points.- Developed simulation models for the site’s largest customer to analyze process capacities, bottlenecks, & operator/machine utilizations. Enabled the customer to request “What-If” analysis of different scenarios, using the results to determine the best course of action.- Documented process flows & created a Value Stream Map (VSM) of the warehousing operations.
