I was in the shop, responsible for service and maintenance, retrieval and delivery of equipment. I had three men under me. Two from Poland and one from Norway. The equipment consisted mainly of construction tools, lifts, forklifts and excavators.

Here I travel around Norway and operates with third party inspection for the final customer. Customers like BG, Statoil, GE, ConocoPhillips and more. I also do some work offshore. This is mainly as a welding inspector. Out Offshore is the Statoil and BP's installations I've been to. I have also been foreman out offshore.
