      Led the planning and execution of many highly visible, mission critical projects, including:: The Common Desktop Initiative, a multi year investment, targeted to save $53M annually, by designing and deploying a standardized desktop model, including automated application deployment, and centralized security and access controls across the enterprise. Responsibilities included budgeting, gap analyses against standards, application packaging, back end infrastructure capacity planning and build, acceptance testing, and desktop or laptop deployments to thousands of users. Implemented two new 400 seat call centers in Mumbai and Bangalore India, to replace and outsource what was a domestic based phone support service. Scope included the creation of two new data centers, and the underlying data and voice infrastructure to support remote processing for off shore credit card and mortgage services personnel.Conducted the needs assessment, development, testing, conversion, and deployment of a centralized project management system. Features included tracking metrics and key information on all open projects, capture and storage of project plans and supporting documentation, identification and tracking of risks and issues, and the generation of detailed status reports.
