  Process EngineerIn charge of releasing process plan sheet and process card for programmers to do NC coding to be read by CNC Machine for Milling and Lathe Machine. Also work in a team to release the manufacturing drawing to be released to production floor programmers, operators and QC personnel. Referring to GD&T provided by customer.Advice the department on coating matter required strict standards on requested products.Referred to PTS Coating standard to work with venders and provide rough estimation on cost required to conduct coating in-house.Production Engineer1. Support production manager to improve the production as well as setting up OEE. 2. Setting up system to monitor and record the machine's downtime for continuous improvement program. 3. Applying FMEA to solve and anticipate any problem related to production which could reduce the production's efficiency such as program problem, maintenance case and quality issue.4. Improve the production floor layout to increase the OEE (Lean Manufacturing).Junior Welding Engineer1. Provide welding procedure, standards, welding equipment, welding drawings & document to be used at the production floor (welders + QC).2. Maintain the document according to Welding Operation Procedure established based on ISO 3834 & NADCAP (Welding) for Audit.2. Made WPS based on API 6D;2007, ASME IX; 2010, AWS D1.1; 2007, AWS D1.2;2010, and D33028-1.3. Provide jig design for welding to control the dimension as per required (integrate with other process).4. Review Material and Consumables Mill cert to be according to specification required. 5. Manage Welding Department by rearranging equipment, layout, document, and job planning.6. Conduct Welding Qualification from WPQT to WQT.7. Inspect welding quality to be in accordance to specification required. Example ISO 5817 & D33028-1 (VT, PT,MT).
