Developed bespoke designs and worked closely with the project management team and the vendor to ensure timely delivery of the equipment to the end customers.Designed FCC Reactor for a Honeywell UOP’s customer in the USA. The FCC complex is expected to generate $2 billion in revenue annually once commissioned. Worked closely with the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure that the new reactor can be an in-place replacement to the existing reactor.Designed Honeywell UOP’s proprietary equipment worth $1.4 million for a Chinese customer. Made bespoke design to meet the customer’s specific needs and worked closely with the fabricator to ensure correct fabrication. Completed quality inspection of the equipment at the fabrication shop in South Korea.Part of the team that designed and delivered the first of its kind Honeywell UOP Unity HRI Internals to a Honeywell UOP’s customer in Mexico. The modular nature of the equipment reduces the time and complexity of equipment installation. Designed renewable jet fuel reactors for Honeywell UOP’s customer in Thailand. The unit will produce 1,000,000 litres of renewable jet fuel daily once commissioned. Worked with a cross-functional team of chemical engineers, mechanical engineers and a project manager to ensure the delivery of the unit to the customer in record time.
