  Over my time at STOP THE TRAFFI, an intelligence-led business consultancy helping multinational companies and local governments mitigate modern slavery risks in their operations, I delivered solutions for businesses due diligence for labour abuse risk. Below are some of my achievements and responsibilities:-Supply chain modern slavery risk mapping on projects covering roughly £1.5 billion in procurement spend across more than 4,000 suppliers across the private and public sectors.-Created and conducted modern slavery training that have resulted in a 60% increase in awareness increase and 90% satisfaction rate.-Conducted and wrote briefings on supply chain human rights risk in various jurisdictions such as West and Central Africa, South Asia, APAC, Europe, and the Americas.-Researched and identified areas of labour abuse risk in businesses and product supply chains.-Aided research for European Union policies regarding refugees and asylum seekers.-Delivered ethical policy and procedure, and supply chain risk mitigation consultancy.   Lead Consultant - Sustainability, Human Rights & Social Impact

  Within this role, I developed and led Value Match's modern slavery approach, winning me an award for Individual Impact from Unseen UK for pioneering human rights best practice in the small- and medium- enterprise (SME) space. This has put UK SMEs in an even stronger position to drive change.In addition to leading Value Match's human rights strategy, I work with a primary focus to support private and education sector clients on Sustainability, Human Rights & Social Impact.The external focus of my work is with the Sustainability, Diversity & Social Impact (SDSI) team, where we support SMEs and schools in the UK to improve their compliance with regulations around carbon reduction planning, labour standards, modern slavery & human trafficking, and social value delivery. In this focus area, I have been responsible for the following areas:-Leading development and improvement of our sustainability consulting methodology.-Developing human rights related services for the private sector, such as training, policy, and supply chain due diligence.-Developing relationships with SMEs to increase capacity for public sector bid readiness and sustainability.-Collating and creating case studies for sustainability best practice.-Supporting the marketing team for meaningful engagement with SMEs.In addition, I am also responsible for developing and leading Value Match's strategy to increase our capacity to spot and prevent modern slavery in our operations, supply chains, and wider staffs' communities.
