  My primary mission was to implement the Co-op’s operational programs to serve our team, community, and members. As an operations lead, I provided support in full-cycle Human Resources duties, financial budgeting, and business reporting.   The wonder of the Columbia Gorge should be welcoming and accessible to everybody. I foster relationships between people and this spectacular landscape by advancing critical land trust projects that improves accessibility, implements universal design principles, and deliberately engages underrepresented voices. Building relationships is at the core of what I do. As a project manager, I focus on cultivating new partnerships and lead collaborative, stakeholder-driven planning efforts to advance conservation and community objectives in the Gorge. I leverage sound project management skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a wide range of people. I leverage project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute stewardship projects across the National Scenic Area. And I strive to protect our public lands for future generations by working closely with the federal and state land managers, including the U.S. Forest Service, Oregon Parks and Recreation, and Washington State Parks. The 2017 Eagle Creek fire in the Gorge spurred a powerful response across the pacific northwest; over 3,000 people contacted our organization inquiring about ways to lend a hand.   Climate change continues to impact our planet and have a disproportionate affect on communities living on the frontlines, including communities of color and people with low incomes. The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) prioritizes these communities for clean energy, green infrastructure, regenerative agriculture, green workforce development and contractor support investments. PCEF's mission is to provide dedicated funding to community-led climate action that advances racial and social justice. As a project manager, I am responsible for a portfolio of grants ranging in size from $100,000 - $4 million. These grants provide resources to community-based non-profit organizations and projects that address climate change while advancing racial and social justice in the city of Portland. Show less
