  My first position was cashier. When I turned 18, I obtained a share of stock and secured a position on the Board of Directors. As a member of the board, I had many responsibilities which included, but were not limited to, opening and closing the mountain based on an assigned schedule, processing the payroll, designed, implemented and maintained a website, supervising staff, attending monthly meetings, secretarial duties, event planning, advertising, and merchandising. I was elected president from August 2002 until May 2003, at which point I resigned due to family obligations. Shortly after I resigned the mountain closed for business. In the fall of 2007 I re-joined the Board of Directors. My duties included facilitating the transfer of a majority of the shares of stock to the new majority shareholder. My responsibilities included transferring stocks, issuing checks for members who did not wish to continue and keeping all member records current.   Joined the Analyze NY Team for Workforce Analytics(WFA) as a technical employee. During my time on WFA, I maintained UNIX scripts, developed PL\SQL functions, procedures, and packages. I developed many Oracle SQL queries. Utilized ODI to perform ETL activities on the data. Utilized OBIEE to develop reports for users.Currently (Feb 2018), I manage the STARS (LATS) and Financial portion of AnalyzeNY and a project for a complete upgrade of all our environments. I supervise state and HBITS staff. The STARS project is brand new and required database set up, modeling, SQL Loader scripts and more. The OBIEE Upgrade project requires my time organizing and understanding the process, making sure the project progresses and making resource requests as needed. The Financial portion of AnalyzeNY uses BI Apps and OBIEE with an underlying Oracle database. I manage the day to day tasks as well as new requests that come into our team. For all projects, I have participated in or hosted requirement gathering sessions and training. I am also enrolled in and actively working on the 2018 ITS Staff Development Program - Supervisor Track Certification Program. Show less Develop a reporting tool to assist budget analysts with gathering data that they are unable to get out of the new Statewide Financial System.This job requires my expertise in Oracle and Java programming languages. I also analyze the incoming data for accuracy. DOH has also purchased a reporting tool called DBxtra as a means of displaying the data to the users. I have also provided many hands on training for our users.I develop and maintain Java apps for loading data into our Oracle database. Another aspect of my duties is supervision. I supervise 3 people and since January 2013 acquired more systems that I am responsible for in addition to the Statewide Financial System. Show less
