  Projects:ExxonMobile: Dynamic QRA for refined Product Tank FarmThe objective of the study was to perform a quantitative risk assessment for the tank farm to identify the risk on the human within the facilities and the neighboring facilities. Utilizing the PyRISK™ tool and the power of machine learning through the predictive analytics method, we identify the vulnerabilities within the existing design i.e. fire and flame detection coverage and eventually we proposed a specific list of modifications to reduce the risk and improve the PPL and IRPA. The list of recommendations were examined as a sensitivity cases within PyRISK™ to ensure the veracity and effectiveness of these recommendations as a viable solutions.PetroGulf Misr: HSE & PSM for Geiusm Star Offshore ComplexBig scale and high complexity project where the scope involves a QRA and HAZOP study within 6 months only. Our best-in-class analytics and machine learning methods used has empowered us to deliver a complete dynamic QRA in 50% of the allotted time (2 months instead of 4 months) along with rigorous outcomes for all isolatable sections weighing the frequencies of pool fire, flash fire, jet fire, un-ignited release and gas explosions. To continue without delay during corona time we have proposed and applied automated HAZOP method as a replacement for manual HAZOP.
