  I had a placement within Marriott Forest of Arden resort in 2013, where I took on the seasonal role. My duties were to be present within the golf shop, golf reception help desk, perform course marshalling and concierge. My main focus was on customer care, hospitality and sales. During my placement I was given a great insight to the major activities of a major golf resort. These responsibilities included playing a key part in the smooth running of various golf events, ensuring that all guests were adequately prepared, and that all logistical issues had been addressed prior to the event. Within such a role, my true strengths which involve people management, and customer service, became forthright.
