  I started to lead a small team of 10+ people in 2011, still very close to the technical tasks but moving towards project management. Team growed, more projects came and by 2015 I was in charge of a 50+ people software factory building solutions and services for customers all over Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Started my career as a software developer working mostly in Java and Oracle. I worked in several project for Telco Industry customers. This allowed me to gain new skills and experience, which led me to participate in more phases of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering until production deployment and support.

  In 2015, ICON was acquired by Ericsson, adapting from a mid-size local company to a big global corporation was quite challenging but once the transition was over, new projects, customers and skills came along. I am currently leading competence development plans, R&D and still some software development projects and continual service improvement.
