  All of the instructors are certified through our association. Staff members go through additional advanced training offered by either the association or the Academy, and continually review and hone their skills so that your family gets the best instruction possible.All staff members are brought up internally and are all students of the Academy first for many years before being considered for staff. Our assistant instructors go through a rigorous screening process and continuous training, and then work with one of our certified instructors assisting them in all aspects of student development. Assistant instructors need to train with the instructors and hone all of their teaching skills prior to being certified as instructors in our association. All staff members are brought up internally and are all students of the Academy first for many years before being considered for staff.

  Head Instructor

  The Head Instructor is the leader of an Academy and plans, organizes, and teaches classes as well as sets the example. The Head Instructor also manages the teaching staff to develop the most professional staff possible.
