  As a Program Manager at Microsoft, I was responsible for coordinating the requirements gathering, testing and deployment of B2B projects within the Electronics and Devices Division. At Microsoft, we completed the BizTalk 2006 R2 migration of a legacy B2B project used by Microsoft-Japan. The finished application handled all B2B transactions between Microsoft and all of its Japanese partners.

  As a Senior Programmer, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the backend BizTalk Server 2006 application and WCF services that runs Global Blue’s worldwide Tax-Free Shopping businesses. At Global Blue, we developed an automated electronic tax refund system (eTRS) for the Singapore government. The system is installed at Changi airport.
