These include covering First Line Manager for 9 months, being responsible for a team of 12 advisors.. Ensuring that development and coaching is undertaken in a timely manner, and that company procedures are followed regarding performance management. I have also been a support trainer for 4 months, up skilling advisors on different sites throughout the UK.I am looking for a Customer focused role, but in an office environment where administration duties would be included, where I can take ownership and see the call through to resolution..
