       Securities Services Production Support – Production support is the practices and disciplines of supporting the IT applications which are currently being used by the Bank end users. Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams. These teams may include developers, system engineers and database administrators. Operations Head – Took complete ownership of all Securities Services Applications including SeCCuRe, STREAM, NCS, ACR, SS PORTAL Issues, Governance management, Service performance management, SLA measurement and reporting. Service Improvement Leadership – Introduced Service improvement in Securities Services Domain after discussions with Build & Engineering team. Took complete ownership of application stability.
