      - Preparing weekly and monthly work and situation report - Directing,coordinating & planning essential central services such as security,maintenance,cleaning,waste disposal etc.-Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.- Ensure all information are sent to client or tenant in a timely manner.- Ensure that facilities meet Government regulation and environmental health & security standard.- Supervising multi disciplinary staff including maintenance,ground,custodial workers & artisans like electricians,masons,plumber steel bender etc.- Planning and overseeing Building work ,managing building maintenance activities,organizing security and general administrative services.- Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire,flood and other hazards.- Participate in preparing the budget and so that the facilities maintenance team will have adequate funds for its operation.- Coordinate with other offices and units for things that are not within the scope of the facilities service team.
