  - Built an In-House Ticketing Solution for Byju's from scratch utilising the microservice architecture, leveraging Java, Spring Boot in the backend for seamless performance and scalability which helped the company to migrate from Zendesk, Freshdesk and saving more than 20 cr Anually.- Engineered an innovative mechanism to maintain the inbound and outbound email communication under same Ticket.- Implemented a distributed scheduling system to enhance system efficiency, enabling concurrent processing of emails across multiple accounts. This resulted in a notable reduction in ticket creation time and improved system scalability.- Contributed to the development of a role-based access system, ensuring secure and controlled access for users across multiple projects, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining data integrity.- Implemented dynamic ticket creation forms, robust validation mechanisms, and secure APIs for client email credential storage which improved system performance and enhanced data security.- Played a key role in various essential services vital to the system's success, such as the ticket service, scheduler service, rule engine, and user management.
