  Worked as part of the clients management team on the construction and commisioning phase of the Livorno project in Dubai Drydocks, UAE. The first of its kind project to convert and modify a LNG carrier to a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to be located in open waters 22kms off the shore of western Italy. My role was to oversee the EPCIC company, Saipem and subcontractors Dubai Dry Docks and Lamprell Engineering, Jebal Ali, during the nine month module construction phase, reporting and advising the management team on Quality and health and safety issues.
