      At Adapt I was responsible for the management of the Conversion team and was the subject-matter expert on Conversion Optimisation across the business. I led on large-scale Conversion Optimisation projects and consult with clients about how they can improve both their growth and user experience. Clients included LUSH, Thought Clothing, NatWest Rooster Money, Spotify, Personio & National Trust.2019 onwards occasional guest lecturer for UWE on behalf of Adapt.
