  Creative Excellence Actualized is an organization which believes that being more creative refers to every single aspect of our life, not only what we do, but also how we do it, and how we think about the world. It looks at Creativity as a way of living, irrespective of work one does or how one earns his/her living. Creativity is perceived to be not limited to few careers, or having some kind of important career. The object isn't to make art, it's to be in that wonderful state of mind, body and spirit which makes art inevitable.As a Counseling Psychologist and wellness coach at CEA, I engaged in individual counseling . I have helped handle various issues concerning clients ranging from self and career development to overcoming depression and self-defeating habits. I played an active role as a trainer in 4 member team which provided psycho education to children of all age groups from class 2 to class 10 in Christ School. Here we focused on skill, value and behavioral development for children and relevant psycho education for adolescents. Adolescent modules were custom made and designed after collecting the requirements from teenagers and tailor made to satisfy the requirements. The training was followed by relevant reinforcement mechanisms.Our team also provided training to graduate students in Christ University as a part of an initiative by University.I was part of the health coaching initiative embraced by CEA in partnership with Harmony wellness and provided training about various topics at Ostrich India and outside. I also played an active role in designing different modules for training.We provided the group counseling and also individual counseling at CARE, Bangalore to help individuals in the process of overcoming self-defeating habits and alcohol and drug rehabilitation.I did work in Teerthashrama, an old age home as a psychologist helping elder adults cope with challenges of their lives.
