Key achievements include:• Project Manager for Project Noor; Oman’s largest Residential Solar Project, phase-1 (aggregated capacity of 20MWp).• Leading Solar for Schools PPP project opportunity development.• Leading PDO Estidama Project-700 program; aiming for enabling energy transition externally.• Led the development of multiple proposals and feasibility studies for external energy projects.• Orchestrated a framework for PDO PMC support to government.• Supported the development of PDO-S PMC strategy. Meno dettagli Lead project engineer for the construction of Gas Treatment units; my role involves the followings:- Responsible of the Mechanical completion and pre-commissioning of Gas Treatment area, as per schedule and cost, without no compromise on Quality.- Area Project management, including interface management between EP & C contractors, progress monitoring, multi-discipline engineering coordination and construction activities planning and control.- Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements & Company standards of the construction activities.- Review and assure the alignment and proper sequencing of construction activities.- Ensure the timely delivery of Engineering & Procurement contractor deliverables to support the construction activities.- Lead a multi-discipline construction engineers to successfully complete the construction of the process units.- Ensure the availability of work-fronts in Gas Treatment units for the construction activities. The on-plot scope of the project includes; Liquid primary processing unit compromising of Separators, Electrostatic Coalescer, wet stabilizer & sour water stripper. Gas Treatment unit compromising of Acid Gas Removal Unit, Molecular Sieve Unit, Mechanical Refrigeration dew pointing unit, and Export compression. Sulphur Recovery Scope compromising of Acid Gas Enrichment Unit, Sulphur Recovery Units, Incinerator & CANSOLV unit.Main Responsibilities:I have been the company responsible process engineer for Gas Treatment Units & Acid Gas Enrichment Unit.My role involves the following: To ensure the FEED design is fully developed into Approved for Construction package. To ensure Safe process engineering design is delivered with Quality. To ensure the compliance of process design with PDO specifications, standards & guidelines, inaddition to Shell DEP, DEM1 & DEM2. Involvement in developing project design philosophies and assurance of design compliance. To ensure the integrity of Process Input to other Engineering Disciplines & Procurement. Integrate Operational Requirements & Philosophies into process Design. Involvement in pre-award Technical Bid Evaluation of different vendors. Responsible for timely review and approval of process deliverables and design calculations. Participating as company responsible process engineer in the different interdisciplinaryreviews including Design Review, HAZOP, IPF, Model Review ...etc. Resolution of vendor clarifications and issues. Management of interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
