  1) Working as a lead BA to represent application in various Business meetings to identify requirement feasibility, understand systems limitations and provide business with accurate inputs to drive their requirements. 2) Manage BA team of 5 members to deliver work requests from onshore (1 BA) and offshore (4 BA'S). 3) Assign work to BA's based on their knowledge/expertise of application and perform review of their Business requirement documents. Also Work as Liaison between business customers and other BA's to help them understand requirements and prepare requirement document.4) Provide them with required knowledge, prepare KT plan and provide them with BA ramp up sessions, so that a new joiner BA can come up to speed on application and start working on work requests. I have created Visio explaining BA process in application and model followed in our project for new joiner BA's.5) Work as a focal point for all Production support issues for my application and provide required triaging on production issues and identify business impacts. Work with technical team to fix/resolve production issue based on business priority. 6) I have created several process to follow proper standards of maintaining Master documents and have created review process to ensure integrity of Master documents are maintained.7) I have worked with other Application BA's and have created Reusable solutions like templates for MRD/BRD/MRDL etc. that can be altered based on requirements. Also created certain templates when we have multiple applications impacted and all of them would need changes.8) I have worked with QA leads and have set up process for BA and QA connect to ensure through review of test cases and proper execution of requirements. I also work with them to update their regression bed test cases on quarterly basis. I have also worked with UAT to set up required testing process for deliverables. Show less 1) Work with Business customers in JAD session/meetings for various work requests to understand business requirements, perform required analysis and provide them with required inputs to validate their business requirements based on technical feasibility and complexity of application.2) Provide them with alternate feasible solutions to implement their requirements incase their requirements seems complex or they cannot be achieved technically or they seems to be invalid. 3) Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) consisting of MS Visio's, Business rules, test conditions, impacted applications, In scope, out of scope requirements. Work with business customers to get required sign-off. Upload requirements on central place and provide it to technical and QA team for implementation and preparation of test cases respectively.4) Work as an Interface between technical team and business customers to get requirements properly implemented in production. 5) Provide walkthrough of requirement to other application BA's, technical team, QA team and UAT team and explain them with business requirements so that all teams have same understanding of requirements. Use version control mechanism to validate/highlight new changes.6) Review QA test cases and add/modify/delete test cases accordingly. Use QA query logger to keep track of open questions from QA team and use them before/after walkthrough. Use Quality center to track defects raised by QA team.7) Perform BA testing in QA region and perform release day testing in production on Release day. 8) Perform demand management activity to identify application impacts because of work requests and provide with high-level estimate for any work requests. Identify continuous improvement areas and provide inputs to streamline process and increase productivity. Show less 1) Perform Technical specification document, code and estimate reviews provided by developers.2) Discuss the technical details with technical solution architects and analyze the same to translate it to provide appropriate instructions for developers. 3) Identify the technical cause and potential impact of errors and implement coding or configuration changes.4) Participate in defining the technical architecture and coding standards for development projects.5) Manage project related technical documents like common data repositories and ensure project wide coding standards are followed, also provide inputs to maintain coding standards and checklist.6) Provide development status of work request to client in weekly status calls weekly code status updates to client regarding the status updates of each request.
