This will include appointment and development of a network of SME’s to adequately cover all relevant construction and fabrication management subjects. I also lead and maintain global Construction Community of Practice (CCoP). Accountable for the delivery of the Essentials of Project Delivery (EoPD) & Managing Project Execution and Startup 1 project management courses. This is a Global portfolio of training for Shell Project Academy (SPA). I provide Assurance for projects in Downstream and Midstream Gas. I lead and participate in Value and Project Assurance & Execution reviews which supports Top Quartile Project Delivery. Managed a $2 Billion Global Program of CO2 reduction and Energy Efficiency projects across Shell Downstream Manufacturing Facilities.
