In addition to coaching and peer supervision, the extensive training program includes LEAN, Scrum, Advisory Skills, Change Management, Management Drives, and Appreciative Inquiry. Additional activities alongside the regular Talent Program:- Guest lecturer at ROC House of Business. Lectures given on entrepreneurship and pitching.- Team lead in Design Thinking sprints.- Trainer in communication skills and soft skills to various student associations.- Member of the organizing committee of the annual winter sports trip (50 attendees). Focus area Value Proposition for Core Banking functionalities. - Advice on positioning a new functionality within Modelbank. I worked out the impact of the new process and translated it to the international system landscape. I gave direction to the target state and the steps leading to it.- Improved the Grid's change portfolio, bringing together Product Owners, stakeholders and dependents to establish a unified vision of priorities.   As Operations Manager I'm ultimately responsible for running, coordinating, and overseeing all business functions and operational activities of CureVac Netherlands (25 FTE). This includes Finance (including Grant Management), HR, EHS, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Communications, and Office Management. CureVac Netherlands used to be start-up Frame Therapeutics and was acquired on 1 July 2022 and part of my responsibilities was integrating the two different companies after the acquisition.CureVac Netherlands (former Frame Therapeutics, biotechnology startup) is part of CureVac SE: a global biopharmaceutical company researching and developing novel drugs based on the natural molecule Messenger RNA (mRNA) with the main goal to bring multiple best-in-class mRNA drugs to market. As Antigen Discovery and Validation Center, CureVac Netherlands focuses on developing innovative cancer immunotherapies. Show less
