  I lead a globally disbursed team of contract and procurement professionals supporting the International Development Group core business of RTI funded primarily by USAID and other International Aid donors. My team is engaged throughout the life cycle of an award, including pre award contract negotiation and post award start up support to close out engaging with external funders and supporting on field office procurements and developing small grant programs. I managed a team of contract professionals supporting both pre and post award support to the lab based business funded by Federal Agencies and Commercial clients. I led a globally disbursed team of global supply chain professionals supporting international development programs primarily funded by USAID in sourcing, executing and monitoring all 3rd party commitments (POs, Subcontracts, Grants, Consultants, etc). I provided training in both HO and Field Offices in USAID policy/procedures, cost share, procurement best practices. Successfully supported DCMA's Contractor Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) in 2015 and 2018.
