    • The Clorox Company

      Jul 2010 - Mar 2019

In this role I was responsible for completing projects on time and within budget. I would work along side the cross functional teams such as design, developers (front-end, back-end, tech lead, mobile), UX, QA, copywriters, content editors, marketing, sales, and legal to name a few. I would have to create schedules that would include timing and deliverable's along with cost estimates. The type of deliverable's would be anything from emails, banners, site updates, and mobile app. I am familiar with working within a scrum agile cadence and navigating through a content management system to make edits for the website. Show less I worked along side the Senior Project Manager to provide support for overage on any projects that fall under the group along with projects of my own. Projects will include websites, emails, banners, mobile apps, etc. Responsibilities within these projects would include timelines, budgets, coordinating, and working on quotes. I would have to work along side Designers, Front End Techs, Back End Techs, Tech Leads, QA, copy writers, copy editors, and CRM. I would have to be sure that all content is on strategy and delivered on time to the Digital Planner and the Marketing Manager. I will also have to make edits to the site through our CMS. We use JIRA and SCRUM in our department as well. Show less I worked in the Creative Services department where we come up with the designs for anything such as packaging, collateral, ads, shippers, corrugate, etc. The main responsibility as an everyday Project Manager is to be sure that the design team is able to meet the marketing requirements in the allotted timelines. I would have to work with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, as well as Finance to be sure we are in alignment on all facets of the design. As I mentioned I work with Finance to be sure we remain on budget for each project. I would have to set up review meetings with the Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Vice President of Marketing, Design Manager, and the Senior Design Director. After we get approvals I would then take the design and transition it to the Production team for routings. Depending on the type of routing we would either send them out for a Master Label, State Label, or Production Labels. I would work on both EPA and FDA labels. After the production stage it would then go onto separations and then released to the printer. I would have to work with multiple vendors to work on quotes for collateral. The brands I have worked on are Liquid Plumr, and the Professional Product Division Cleaning and Healthcare. Show less
