Matt joined the DIALOG team in 2009 and brings with him almost 20 years of industry experience; he started his career in the UK and brings some invaluable knowledge and experience from the European market. Matt has a broad knowledge and understanding of different project types in both design and execution and has been a key lead on some of the largest Engineering projects DIALOG has been retained for. Matt works efficiently with clients to achieve their specific goals and requirements and takes a design from conceptual stage, through the design process alongside the client through to construction and final completion. Matt’s love of the natural environment and the communities we share gets showcased in his designs by enabling projects to maximize energy, carbon and water use reduction while maintaining an optimal indoor environment for the occupants of the building, all the while being sensitive to the available budget. Matt enjoys the multi-disciplinary environment that DIALOG provides and is an exceptional team leader and motivator. Matt puts a lot of care into his work and is meticulous and creative with his design and detailing.
