  As a student coach, I was a part of a staff who provided installation and motivational encouragement to the student-athletes. Also as a student coach, I helped coach players on the technical and intellectual aspects of the weekly game plan. We did in a safe and organized work environment to help mitigate injury risk. As a camp instructor, I worked with athletes from ages 6-18 to teach them the fundamentals of football. We would do this by collaborating with co-instructors to plan fun and engaging drills and activities. All while emphasizing and demonstrating the importance of teamwork and communication.

  I had an opportunity to work with the Pitt football program, where I worked with the Director of Football Operation and Director of Video Scouting. My jobs ranged from evaluating athletes’ skills and determinate their ability in a specific area of Football, assisting with the daily functions of a division 1 football program. This included but was not limited to preparations for travel, team meetings, and team practices.

  During my time at the ticket office, my responsibilities ranged from providing excellent customer service to valued Donors, season ticket holders, and Pitt supporters. Another significant aspect of my job was to provide ticket information regarding game time, location, pricing, seat locations to the general public, faculty, and staff, students, Panther Club members, and special groups via telephone and ticket windows.   At Bethany College, I oversaw the recruitment of potential new students for Pennsylvania (minus the Erie area), California, New Jersey, and New York. My enrollment responsibilities also extended beyond the U.S. border as I was the International Enrollment Counselor as well; in this role, I oversaw the entire enrollment process for those students. While in the office, I was the social media and Cadance liaison, where I worked with staff to communicate our messages to potential students best.

  As the recruiting manager and client relations expert, I am passionate about attracting and retaining top talent. At Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine, I have spearheaded several initiatives that have improved the hiring process and driven results. My accomplishments include revamping the contingent hiring process, implementing a new applicant tracking system, updating recruiting tracking metrics, and bringing in multiple vendors to help generate our highest application numbers in the past few years. In addition to my work with the School of Medicine, I collaborate with the VP of HR on special university-wide talent management projects. I work closely with faculty and staff to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and hiring. By building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and alumni, I have successfully filled 300+ positions in the School of Medicine.
