      At QLS, I held a dual-focused People and Culture role that required me to be both a strategic partner and a hands-on practitioner. I worked closely with leaders across the organisation, providing end-to-end HR Business Partner support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This included coaching leaders through performance and conduct matters, interpreting legislation to ensure compliance, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.While partnering on broader people strategies, I remained actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of HR services, supporting workforce planning, managing employee relations, and leading the talent acquisition function. I was responsible for driving recruitment initiatives aligned with QLS’s business goals.
