  Overall Duties & Responsibilities in Three years of working experience: • To monitor and control the plant such that hydrocarbon export targets are achieved through safe, efficient and effective operation of the installation DCS/ESD/F&G systems.• Operate the plant in accordance with the HSE policy and the requirements of the Safety Case.• Control and actively optimise the plant parameters to maximise the production of on-specification hydrocarbons. • Coordinate optimisation of Plant and field Process flow under supervision and guidance from upper level management• Operation of the installation Central Control Room, its associated equipment and logs• Responsible for ensuring that he is aware of any changes to Standing Instructions or Operating Procedures.• Reporting and logging of any override to safety / protection systems.• Help develop the skills and competency of other the shift team members• Understand and Control the Emergency Shutdown and Fire and Gas detection systems and initiate any necessary action to ensure safe operation.• Understand and ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the process and safety systems and equipment Show less
