  Almost 200client transformations in 4 years of my work. My page has been a blessing for all the people who have been following it and using it for their benefit.For as long as I remember, my whole life has revolved around athletics, with my name topping every tryouts' list. The more I played, the more passion I developed for the sport, and everything else happening in my life was pushed to the background. Every accolade in my name instilled in me a deep-rooted hunger for sports. My dream of becoming a professional athlete seemed so palpable. But sometimes, fate has other plans. During a football trial in LUMS, I ruptured my cruciate ligament and was told that I wouldn't be able to play unless I got a major surgery. Years of hard work undone in one sickening moment. I had never experienced life without physical activity, and so the following four months marked the darkest and most depressing period of my life. With support from my family and friends, I decided to go ahead with the surgery but I thought I will never feel whole again. That is until I focused on strengthening my body from within which ultimately led me on my journey of physical fitness. Now, after 7 months of recovery, I am back in shape. I have realized what we, as humans, are capable of. Our bodies are stronger than we can imagine, and our physical strength is only limited by our will to work hard. The role fitness played in my life was the main reason I decided to apply for Crossfit certification from AbuDhabi and here I am, a Crossfit level 1 trainer. I started my page in august under the name Uzairsfitnessjunction to provide the community with fitness training, support, and nutritional advices.
