  I am the database administrator, assuming system wide responsibility and accountability, for all Midas+ quality management systems. Provide ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation for system-wide quality initiatives. Provide enterprise-wide, clinical decision support in areas including clinical documentation, quality, credentialing, risk management, case management, and related financial components of the data system. Accountability for the operational excellence of the Midas+ database and associated comparative database, DataVision. Provide data support system information and education for all departments of the healthcare system. I work closely with the solution center, network/technical support, and other IS support personnel for troubleshooting and coordinating plans for software upgrades and the installation of new products. Project management tasks include project planning; system design, build and testing, end user training and pre-live planning, and system live and support transition.
