I managed mainly AMS projects of diverse complexity and scope with squads spread WW to support applications in US customers such as Sprint-Nextel and 7-Eleven. I as project leader provided directions to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision-making process.Internally I worked for the EDS’s Applications Service and Engineering Portfolio VP based in US Plano TX. I worked there as the Best Shore® project delivery leader for Brazil and India teams, leading about 10 FTEs developing AMod (Applications Modernization) corporate offering releases.   In this position I oversaw a senior project management team working for Bradesco Seguros IT Governance Department. The mission was to provide support to Bradesco´s major IT software development project which was been delivered by CapGemini/PegaSystems. Concurrently to this role I played as Account Service Manager for Elumini IT & Business Consulting dealing with customer relationship and pursuing new business oportunities. In 2013 the team developed a dashboard to show up project´s KPIs. Each KPI was cleared defined along with the client and the whole KPIs set was wrote down as part of the project´s quality plan. The PIS´s dashboard layout was developed by a marketing´s professional and the result was an easy identification of each project´s knowledge area and the associated KPIs. The developing of PIS´s dashboard was a PMO´s internal project that was recognized as the Best Case of the Year (see figures bellow) by Elumini IT & Business Consulting in its annual cases contest due client´s strong and positive feedback. As project delivery managerI´m engaged with Latam South BU end markets dealing with their backlogs where its functional needs are handle by global projects with multi country squads. The projects are also enablers to allow solution integration among existing legacy systems as well SAP CPI providing seamless E2E processing.
