  Led data-based, digital leadership strategy and approach to develop nearly 800 global D&T managers to perform at their best. These leadership development offerings reached everyone from Tech Early Talent through Vice President-level. Co-led Global D&T Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Task Force to attract, develop and retain diverse talent. Worked across full scope of Digital & Tech Transformation to ensure the change approach kept GSK employees at its heart. Created and activated an enhanced employee experience and more inclusive culture. Led and influenced across a global, matrixed organization of over 100,000 people to grow an engaged, purpose-led, high-performing workforce in partnership with business, communications and HR leaders and employees. Designed and led GSK's award-winning, worldwide PULSE program and other volunteering & partnership efforts. Led geographically and culturally diverse team. Secured and deployed a multimillion USD budget annually to manage all GSK volunteering programs, including 814 PULSE volunteers from 65 countries to work full-time for 6 months with 127 non-profit organizations in 77 countries – the equivalent of over $38 million gift-in-kind to NGO partners. Pitched my vision to then incoming CEO Andrew Witty on how GSK could expand its global skills-based employee volunteering efforts to create shared value for GSK, our people and NGO partners and communities world-wide. Project managed complex, cross-functional, global strategic programs to improve performance across GSK R&D, including: Simplifying Clinical Development (change management), Pandemic Flu Preparedness (project management & crisis management), and Focus on the Patient (culture change & process improvement).
