  Undertake a range of current Radiosurgery work procedures and practices, maintaining the highest of standards. To facilitate decision making by working within broadly defined protocols and use experience and clinical judgement appropriately in the absence of established protocols, to assess patients and technical issues and ensure the safe /accurate treatment delivery. Work closely alongside other healthcare professionals, clinical scientists, consultants and support workers as well as the further MDT. Employ good interpersonal and communication skills to support patients and their families during their treatment journey.To counsel and inform patients and relatives pre and post treatment using highly developed communication skills to patients often with barriers to understanding and communication, including sensitive information. Be aware of and work within departmental and national guidelines. Adopt safe and appropriate use of all equipment.
