  I was hired to lead technology integrations program having touch points with multiple Reliance acquired platforms/ companies and collaborate with tech partners, vendors, business operations, CEO's to furnish Netmeds pharma hyperlocal business model; 'Both B2C and B2B'. • I get to manage large to mid-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading a segment of several initiatives and assigns day-to-day work• I will documents process/product/integration flows, test plans, risk involved along with the project requirement and methods to achieve business goals• I coordinate with multiple stakeholders from business ops, CEO’s, development heads/developers, QA/BA’s, product teams to guarantee that we build quality products and enhance business growth for B2C• I ensure business requirements are conveyed, proper development sprints and work allocations are setup, approve test methods, analyse the architecture and act as first reviewer of the productSpear Headed Projects and Achieved:1) B2C – Tech Integration (Retail): Program designed to enhance overall pharma online order flow to be fulfilled through reliance retail stores and reach customers within 4 hours delivery TAT. Tech Integration through order management systems to smart-points (stores) and delivery from smart points stores to customers2) B2B – Tech Integration (WH to Retail): Business requirement was to furnish a vendor management system that will connect with ware house (picking/ packing modules) and ship out through 3 PL to respective stores. Order-flow will start from smart-points stores to Netmeds WH and gets fulfilled at the warehouse and delivered back to stores through 3PL partners3) Report Integration - Multiple pieces of raw data’s were integrated for pharma unit, from different companies into the Netmeds BI database to have one source of reference and create different dashboards Show less
