Has been organized and conducted cancer support groups for different groups of cancer patient like Breast cancer, Colorectal cancer, NPC, Childhood Cancer, Prostate cancer, Thyroid cancer, Exercises group. All those groups have benefited many cancer patients whereby they did not feel alone and lonely during their cancer journey. Educational session also ease their anxious and worry during the treatment period.3. Founded a special cancer support group called “Fight cancer with Food” with a 4th stage colon cancer patient in 2016. This group has grown from 8 to 100 members. All members were enjoying and understand the powerful of healthy and delicious foods to fight cancer.4. Initiated and created the childhood cancer educational book for children who are newly diagnosed cancer in March 2017. 5. Has been conducting soft skills training for front liners since 2006. The training has trained them to be caring, empathy and compassion toward cancer patients. All front liners are always been praised for their kindness and cheerful expression.6. Conducted training and self-care group for Staff Nurses. Majority nurses are emotional affected especially dealing with terminal ill patients. The training and self-care group helped them on debriefing and mutual emotional support.7. As committee to organize cancer related events e.g. World Cancer Day, World Cancer Survivors Day, Childhood Cancer Day, Pink October etc.8. Assisted and conducted voice of customer survey to improve department services and facilities in 2015 and 2018. The outcome was expansion of Chemo Day Care and added new facilities.9. Assisting superior on front liners’ performance assessment and understand their need by improving and modified training modules. 10. Developed psychosocial assessment for bone marrow transplant patient and donor. Show less
