  My responsibilities here includes effective planning, preparation and execution of planned maintenance jobs on board TORM’s vessels and it goes hand in hand with our ambition to deliver high quality and cost-efficient technical management.* Effectively executing and implementing PMS projects.* Defining and maintaining PMS plans across the fleet in accordance with established standards, policies and legislation.* Taking active part in optimizing the PMS plans by ensuring that the vessel have the right jobs – no more and no less.* Liaising with vessel managers to ensure successful implementation.* Maintaining spare part data.* Ensuring that PMS data quality is top notch for jobs, spare parts and resources.* Ensuring co-operation and cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing – both within the PMS team and across the Technical Division.* Communicate with various OEM’s and Makers in process of defining maintenance schedules.* Actively attending Internal audits and external (Class) audits pertaining to PMS department. This involves LR's ISO 14001 and Internal DOC & ISO 14001 Audits* Attending daily PMS issues from the fleet and execute changes as required.* Giving induction to officers/crew joining the vessels.* Making PMS related vessel visits to understand and interact with the crew and get their feedback and suggestions regarding Sertica and PMS strategies.* Acting as back-up for colleagues.
