  Main responsibilities included managing and creating content for all social media channels. Follower growth on Instagram increased by over a third during this period. Whilst working for Perkier I managed the team of 15 brand ambassadors, organising up to eight events per week and ensuring they had necessary stock and information to hold sampling events in a range of companies such as Morgan Stanley and the Standard Chartered Bank. It was also my responsibility to source and interview new brand ambassadors. Additionally, I was line manager to the office admin assistant. I ensured she had a clear plan of work each week and that it was carried out in a timely fashion. This included sending out important sales samples to potential buyers and investors. I also managed the Influencer Programme, reaching out and contacting new social media influencers and maintaining existing relationships. This has enabled me to have a strong knowledge of free-from food influencers.Assisted in managing the relationship with Perkier’s photographer, often attending shoots by myself to provide feedback and aid with photography.I helped run the Perkier stand at consumer shows such as Vegfest London, Stylist Live and Vegan Life Live. Strong communication skills were key in order to engage consumers and drive sales.Aided the organisation and running of Perkier’s first ever joint pop up Influencer event with Pudology at Tell Your Friends London. I ensured that guests were sourced and contacted, official invites sent out and influencers were aware of content we expected in return. I made weekly phone calls with Pudology to liaise and guarantee both teams were on schedule. On the day I ensured the room was decorated, products displayed, activity stations were set up and our photographer had a clear plan.
