  Founded and developed Start it, and Ester Incubator, an entrepreneurial programme for students and alumni across schools in London.- Over 1000+ students from Y8-Y13 have partaken in various workshops, seminars and hackathons, ranging from one day Restaurant Design Challenges, to two week long business ideation courses focused on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. - Founded and manages Start it PRO, an incubator designed for student businesses. Three such student companies have been incorporated so far with two patents registered as part of the incubator.- Responsible for managing and developing entrepreneurship and start-up skills across senior and junior year groups at St Paul's School and West London.- Managed and supported Young Enterprise teams for five years, including south London, National and European winning teams, AirBand, VenturePad, and SureLight respectively.   Created in 2018, Start It is an education programme that teaches sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation skills in order to develop collaboration, self-esteem and confidence.The Ester Incubator programme allows early stage entrepreneurs to take those skills and ideas and transform them into viable businesses that have positive social or environmental impacts.
