   My job profile consisted of project planning, design, preparation of BOQ’s & BOM’s, estimation of quantities, costing, checking of completeness of drawings, to maintain all design related documentations and site supervision of jobs of CAPEX project. I was also involved in preparation of CAD drawings of mechanical components and structures using Autocad. I have worked in tandem with the design department and execution team on feasibility studies, design and specifications of the project. In addition I have carried out site supervision activities for project execution, in accordance with the highest Industrial, Health and Safety (OHSAS: 18001), Environmental (ISO: 14001) and Quality (ISO: 9001) standards My responsibility was executing the planned projects on time and within the estimated budget. This included liaising with contractors, design, sales and purchase teams, in deploying appropriate resources for effective execution of the project. I have also worked in the planning stages of the pig iron expansion project of SGL, during which I had the opportunity to learn the software PRIMAVERA P6 with which I was able to do scheduling and planning of project activities and also track its progress.  In my 2 years of experience I have gained valuable knowledge in mechanical design works, project management, people management and technical knowledge in the handling of equipments & materials.    Creation of Functional Location’s, Equipment’s & BOM’s in SAP and loading of technical data of Equipment’s with strict adherence to guidelines from SAP team. Preparation of PM, Condition Monitoring, Change Over schedules and loading in SAP according to the maintenance procedure and philosophy.
