In this period, I successfully archived: - Increased 50% customer quantity, 100% cargo volume development. - Successfully gained the Pears reefer business from Tianjin to Malaysia with annually 300-500 containers, under 30-40% market share. - Won the first Pear reefer business export from China to USA, which is on going with Maersk under USD4000-5000 profit per container, sole market share. 1998-2000 As the excellent performance of sales work, I was appointed to be the section chief of North China regional marketing to manage 4 staffs and handle Africa, Middle–east, Intra-Asia, Australia lines. I was also in charge of monthly report, market plan and forecasting. 2001-2002 I was transferred to be North China E-commerce Coordinator with my specialty of commerce & IT, manage 10 offices’ staffs and also be person in charge for Africa line. We worked to promote E-service delivery to our customers through E-schedule, E-booking, E-bill of lading and other EDI solution which are the growing point of shipping industry. In 2001, the North China E-solution was reached 28% ratio which is much higher than 15% budget.
