      A project led by Professor Zoltan Szabo called Human in the Loop Control. This project is about finding a way of describing human behavior with engineering principles. As an undergraduate research assistant for this project, I was a part of the Solids Team. Worked with a team of engineers to Redesigned a 3D portable human eye sensor model. This model that would detect harmful objects in the eye. I used the program Solidworks to Skeletonized the design by 58% of the weight to enhance the user experience. Show less

I then learned how to calculate HVAC summer and winter loads for 3 public storages projects. As well I learned how to size and layout ductwork and plumbing. My biggest accomplishment was at the end of my internship I help increase the efficiency of getting projects done in the workspace.

      The Grasshopper Harvester + is a remote-control vehicle that captures jumping grasshopper by deflecting them into a directed air stream that pushes them into a storage container.My responsibilities for this project were as followed.• Overhaul the agile management process by distributing tasks to team memebers• Evaluated 3 shop vacs and performed a trade study on performance and cost.• Reduced expense of a 2000-dollar power generator by selecting a cordless shop vac. • Pioneered the manufacturing and fabrication for the machine.
