They are: Residential Management System (RMS), Alumni Portal and Banner Advancement Module.Duties and Responsibilities:Residential Management System (RMS)* Understand fully Student Housing Department operations and identify its strengths and weaknesses* Look for ways to improve Student Housing Department current processes using RMS* Explore the annual upgrades of the system and change existing inefficient department processes if a new/updated RMS feature addresses them* Stay in touch with peer universities using RMS around the world (mostly in U.S) and be aware of best practices they use to run students’ dorms.
