This included having meaningful discussions to solve real-time learning and training challenges. Known for passionately sharing about how learning can influence and support bottom-line objectives. I was also responsible to ensure that work flows through the DLC team from kick-off meeting to final upload. Accountable for quality of digital learning experiences for all the courses and project collateral. Show less When I started at TFG, I was part of the Learning & Change (L&C) team that delivered system application training on IT technical projects implemented across TFG. The team provided implementation support through various mediums from project inception through to and post successful implementation. Although predominantly facilitator-led at the time, there was a strong focus on a blended learning approach, incorporating online modules to encourage self-directed learning. Members of the L&C team formed a pivotal part of the projects’ core Change Management team and were responsible for both the training strategy, as well as the communications plan. L&C consulted and provided support to Project Managers regarding Learning & Development and People Change Management, where no internal learning facilitator was assigned.*Recipient of 2019 TFG CIO Award for being on the RFID project team, where I was responsible for driving and rolling out training on this breakthrough pilot project.
