  Finance Development Program was 2 year program split into four different roles within CFO org.4th Semester - APJ Client Solutions BU Finance- International assignment and the last FDP rotation, based in Singapore- My role was split into two main objectives - analyzing different Routes to market for APJ Client business + Special Ad Hoc Projects based on the senior management requirements, such as: - Optimization of marketing price plan to support financial plan - Analysis of Warranty True-up costs - Improvement of traceability of negative margin deals to support profitability targets3th Semester – Finance Controller Portugal - Drive balanced business and fulfil business partner role for country General Manager.- Ensure proper controls in line with Western Europe and broader EMEA standards. - Set quotas for sales reps / Review large deals / Engage with Collections and Credit teams.2nd Semester - Corporate FP&A (6 months)Project management type of role: - creation of aligned SAP BPC P&L Revenue to GAAP Walk for Dell and EMC- first point of contact for Global reporting center - improving of existing reporting infrastructure / drive efficiency / proper usage of financial control books1st semester - EMEA Intercompany Accounting (6 months)- Focus on Expatriate OPEX recharge from EMEA. - Revenue cross-charge of shipments from US to other countries within AMER region.- Account Reconciliation and Aging control to drive accounting standards. Show less Hired within Finance Graduate Program (FGP) which is a Dell's initiative focused on fresh master graduates that are willing to pursue their careers in corporate finance. This is a 1-year program during which apart from my regular job I have been attending extensive amount of training focused on building up my finance & business acumen as well as overall interpersonal skills (presentation skills, time management, team-work, leadership skills etc.).My entry full-time position was in WW G500 FP&A Team. G500 is a Dell internal segment with overall business value of approximately $5.9B Revenue p.a. In this position I was responsible for the preparation of Weekly Performance Reviews, Dell Market Comparisons, Weekly phasing of Financial Forecast, Control Books and Outlook for Treasury. I was also actively cooperating on the preparation of Financial Outlook, Close, Annual Planning as well as on multiple business reviews for senior managment.
