      I was intern at Ernst & Young Financial Business Advisors, member firm of the global network Ernst & Young LLP, since February to September, 2013.During my experience I had the chance to work for the Digital Transformation Solution MED Area, a cutting edge center of excellence for Digital Marketing, Social CRM and Social Enterprise (Enterprise 2.0). I had the opportunity to help Senior Managers and Senior Consultants setting up offerings for a wide range of customers in different industries (consumer products, temp agencies, telco's, fashion, etc.)I also had the opportunity to work for Ernst & Young Business School, member firm of the EY Network for Managerial training, supporting a Manager in preparing two tenders for the provision of Management Training services for European Union's agencies.I was involved in a IT-Advisory project of re-organization of the IT structure of a major firm in the Airport Management sector, supporting IT cost analysis ran by Senior Manager, Senior and Staff Consultant.       Member of the Automotive Practice (MED Area - Italy, Spain and Portugal) as Senior Consultant.I have experienced different Automotive projects on Dealer Network Change Management and Dealer Performance Improvement, Market Exploitation, Retail approach for Premium German OEMs, in two different Markets (Italy and Switzerland).In detail:- Premium German OEM (Italian NSC): Project Manager for Aftersales Performance Improvement project, regarding the Genuine Parts sold through the workshop channel. Accountable for the set-up, document preparation, planning of yhe whole project, developed on more than 30 Service Partners. Responsible of the activities held at more than 15 Dealers and coordination of three people involved in the project. - Premium German OEM (Italian NSC): Project Management, set-up, and delivery for the Aftersales Dept. of the NSC of a Premium German OEM, increasing the revenues of 17 selected Service Partner through the sales of Genuine Parts, Customer fidelization and Dealer process adaptation.Coordination of four people with different seniorities and experiences, responsible of consultancy activity for pilot Dealer. Quality assurance of the results.- Premium German OEM (Worldwide Project): Change Management project on the revision of the Dealerships' Business Model. Delivering coaching, training and consulting activities to Sales Executives, Management and Dealers' Staff in order to make them able to use new sales tools, infrastructure and to integrate new roles. More than 50 Dealers managed in Italy, with a total of more than 350 days of on-site training and coaching. 4 Dealers managed in Switzerland (Italian part)- Italian Dealer (Premium and Leading German OEM): Mapping, analysis and revision of operative process and procedures of the Dealership, redefining roles and responsibilites. Development of a set of KPI to monitor improvements.- Premium German OEM (Italian NSC prject):Supporting the activities of Senior Consultants in the roll-out of the new DMS in the network of Italian Dealerships.- Korean OEM (Pilot project): Supporting the activities of Senior Consultants and Managers in the development of a profitability analysis for 4 Pilot dealers in Italy, Brasil, Spain, Australia.
