  Prior to receiving this internship, I discussed with the HR department about the issue of our scheduling and not knowing when available times are and that I saw a reoccurring issue of spots not being filled when they needed to be. I brought up the idea of an online schedule system, I was asked to help go through the process of creating an online scheduling system. I did some research and found the program Shiftboard. I went through training with Shiftboard to understand the program, assisted in the set up to The Arcs network program. I then created a how-to-use manual and trained management and staff on how to use the program. Show less
